This my journal and journey as I runner. After being diagnosted with Type 2 diabetes I began running starting off with a walk run and weighing over 300 lbs. I have now completed several races including the New York City marathon

One goal for today..finish up the "Honey Do" List with enough time to kick back & watch the Eagle BEAT the Giants. GO EAGLES!!!!
