This my journal and journey as I runner. After being diagnosted with Type 2 diabetes I began running starting off with a walk run and weighing over 300 lbs. I have now completed several races including the New York City marathon

Yasso 800's
For the first time in several months I ran yasso 800's and it felt great. I have officially started my training for the Philadelphia Marathonm and my goal of breaking the 4 hour mark.
